The Role: The successful Business Development Manager will be responsible for talking to medical professionals, hospitals, charities & solicitors with the aim of gaining referrals and selling luxury residential care. This role is split into 3 parts; winning new business, marketing, advertising & events with progression opportunities in mind.

For this Junior Business Development Manager role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

• B2B/B2C sales experience (B2C exp if you are looking to get into B2B)
• Empathetic, relationship builders are sought
• Full UK driving licence
