Our client is a successful food manufacturing business based in the Midlands. The business supply high quality products into the UK’s major retailers. Their brand is a household name and they have established themselves as a leader in their category.

Due to exciting growth plans the business is looking to appoint a Head of Sales to grow sales of their brand.

The Role

Head of Sales

The Head of Sales will be tasked with driving sales of the brand in the retail channel.

Heading up a commercial team including account managers, marketing managers and category managers.

The Head of Sales will be responsible for the strategy for growth including overseeing NPD projects and Marketing campaigns.

The position sits on the senior management team and reports into the MD.

The Candidate

  • Senior level commercial experience driving sales of FMCG brands.
  • Proven track record of man management.
  • History of developing new products for the retail channel.
  • Top 4 retail expertise.
