The Role: Covering a territory in the South East, the new Business Development Manager will be responsible for selling a Commercial Property Portal to the property market dealing with Surveyors, Owners & Property Agents within a new business capacity but will retain and account manage new accounts.

The Company: A fresh approach to the property market, specialising in using a new effective way to search, sell & rent commercial properties and is growing in today's market! Our client is now looking to expand further hence recruiting for a Business Development Manager and will provide full training and shadowing.

For this Business Development Manager role, we are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
  • Must have 2 years or more B2B sales experience
  • You will have had field sales experience
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Previous property experience is a bonus but not essential




The benefits of this Business Development Manager role:
  • £30,000 - £35,000 Base Salary
  • +£10,000 Uncapped OTE
  • £3,500 - £5,000 PY car allowance

  • 25 days holiday allowance
