Location: West London / M4 & M40 belt 

  • £40-56k Base Salary  (dependent on experience)

We are working with a major global FMCG player that are recruiting two key roles within their Customer Marketing team. Driving the Physical Availability of their products and brands is a key lever for growth in UK and they anticipate to deliver 50% business growth over the next 3 years! As such these appointments are critical to unlock the delivery of their global Perfect Store programme.

They are looking for two Display Solutions professionals to join them; one to focus on delivering the Permanent Display strategy; the other role to focus on the Temporary Display strategy. Both roles are high profile and summarized briefly below:

Promotional (Temporary) Display Manager – Here you will drive the execution of their Temporary Display Strategy of pre filled and flat packed units, in line with Perfect Store (a big global physical availability drive) and ensure synergy with their priority customers and brands. This will be an extremely varied role with a huge amount of annual projects (c200!) across all brands & customers, so you will be expected to take a high degree of ownership for delivering the plan and associated NSV. Don’t worry…you will have a team of 3 to support you in the execution. We would expect you will currently be within a major FMCG player or Retailer where you can demonstrate strong project management skills and have the agility to respond proactively when things change to still deliver targets.

Permanent Display Manager - Permanent Display is a significant contributor to overall sales and they are looking for someone to develop and execute the 1-3 year Permanent Display strategy to support the UK Perfect Store ambitions. Again taking a high degree of ownership for delivering the plan and associated NSV. In this role you will need to balance the complexity of their customers with their desire for simplicity and scale, creating permanent equipment solutions which are right for both their customers and business. As part of this you would collaborate with the Global Display Team, seeking opportunities for synergies and pan regional roll outs. Considering the desire for Permanent Display experience we expect you will currently be working for a retailer or possibly a Consumer Goods business with permanent kit – eg Beauty, Consumer Electronics, etc.
