The successful Customer Business Manager will be responsible for the account management of independent bars and local bar groups in specific areas across West London along with the management of local wholesaler and cash & carry companies. You will be in charge of developing existing customers as well as wining new business, leading conduit between the marketing team and customers on the ground, feeding back information on local events and marketing opportunities.

You must have a vibrant personality and not just view this at a 9-5 role. They are one of the biggest drink brands within the on-trade sector.

Description

The successful Customer Business Manager will be responsible for:
  • Developing existing business and ensuring customer requirements are dealt with in a timely and professional manner.
  • Managing an investment budget for the West London Territory, working in tandem with the Regional Manager.
  • Providing venue appropriate POS material for key bars.
  • Implementing promotional plans with wholesaler partners and host sales days in local cash & carry's.
  • Delivering against a set journey plan and adding to this plan as accounts change.


Profile

The Successful Customer Business Manager will:

  • Be a team player with strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Have a high standard of administrative understanding and ability.
  • Have an understanding of some or all of; Key bar groups, Regional Wholesalers and Cash & Carry customers and 'The pub and bar scene
  • Have high levels of Drive, Passion and Energy and confidence.
  • Be flexible, a self-starter that is pro-active, results driven and customer focused
