Brand Manager

A new and exciting opportunity to join the UK team of a successful overseas brand about to be launched in the UK as a Brand Manager!

The business has products spanning a number of categories which challenge mainstream brands in that they are healthy, natural or organic alternatives. They are currently a small UK team focussed on the launch but this is set to grow rapidly as they grow awareness and distribution. Being a health focussed, food and drink company the founders live and breathe this ethos and are looking for someone who will have their finger on the pulse, predicting the big health and fitness trends before they happen.

The key responsibilities of the role will be to:

• Launch a range of new and exciting brands into the UK market
• Think creatively to drive brand awareness
• Organise trade shows and sampling events
• Own the digital marketing agenda for the brands and create a voice that stands out in a crowded space
• Develop compelling instore marketing campaigns that drive market penetration
• Work with the overseas team to define the UK brand identity

To apply for this role we are looking for the following:

• Previous marketing experience, ideally from a food or drink business. You could be in a blue-chip looking for a change of pace or working for a challenger brand looking to take more of a leadership role
• The ability to work across a number of brands operating in a number of categories
• A creative thinker with the desire to do things differently
• Passionate about healthy food and drink brands
