NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER - ON TRADE ROUTE TO MARKET

Our Head Offices are based within our own award winning 4 star hotel – CASA – in Chesterfield, North East Derbyshire.
The National Account Manager will work in the on-trade business unit, specialising in Route to Market, specifically working with Matthew Clark and LWC. Reporting into the On Trade Channel Controller, the role will focus primarily on developing, directing and implementing our RTM sales strategy to achieve or exceed business expectations with these wholesalers through networking and close management of their customers at both national and regional level.
Preferably you will have already gained experience and achieved success within the on trade drinks business across RTM. You will have a strong commercial track record with demonstrable results, coupled with a desire to further develop your career within our industry. Existing, proven, commercial skills will thus be essential alongside a natural ability to build relationships. Ideally you will be located in the East Midlands, Yorkshire or North West regions.
Measures of success within the role:
- Demonstration of total account management including all aspects of category mix that successfully delivers the account plan/s;
- Developing marketing propositions and strategies for the customer whilst maximising Global Brands profitability;
- Building status of Global Brands within customers by implementation of regular account reviews using market data to drive performance of our brands; and
- Support our business plan by managing customer price/ investment/terms in line with strategy, brand integrity and company policy.
