One of the first people joining this company in the UK. Selling directly to the Consumer, they have a cutting edge App and Technology, and an extremely compelling USP in a growing market.

This person will lead the Sales and Operations function, driving customer acquisition and establishing a plan on how to achieve success in the UK.

An exciting E-Commerce and Technology company, selling directly to the Consumer, with exciting growth plans to launch here in the UK. They have the benefit of a huge growth market, but also the track record of success in other developed economies.

Description

The successful candidate will be at the start of the launch of this business in the UK. Specific responsibilities will include:



  • Prepare and execute supply acquisition business plan
  • Prepare and adhere to budget for quarter and year
  • Grow partners and partner loyalty by deploying and communicating effective Incentive Schemes and partner benefits
  • Proactively track and counter competitor moves by leveraging market research & informal networks
  • Design effective incentive plans with the market place team to ensure retention and utilisation
  • Ensure high quality of vehicles at the time of attachment and achieve target Quality Audit Ratings
  • Ensure high quality of driver partners through focused training and review of Ride Rating
  • Sustain quality of existing vehicles and partners through specific driver penalties and driver rewards
  • Guide team members and provide regular feedback
  • Analyse ride ratings, customer feedback and escalations to understand issues and build cross functional solutions
  • Gather and analyse feedback with driver partners on ease and fairness of city processes and refine processes accordingly
  • Ensure all Safety Response Team members are well trained on SRT procedures and ensure SRT cases are dealt with promptly and effectively


Profile

The successful candidate will have a passion for start-up environments, bringing not only expertise but energy to make the business a success in the UK. Key skills will include:

  • 8-10 years experience in Sales and Operations
  • Start-up / E-Commerce experience is essential
  • Team management experience - ideally 10-15 people
  • Analytical aptitude
  • An understanding of 'scaling up' and what is needed to launch a business
