Job Details
Our client is a respected and long established supplier of fresh produce into the Foodservice industry. They have been a core part of the industry for many years and are looking at ways to continue their growth.
The Role of Commercial Manager:
Alongside the Site/Branch Manager, you will be responsible for agreeing and achieving the forecasts for the business. You will have a team of people that you will be responsible for motivating and developing. The team operates in a very close knit fashion and you will have a lot of input into the operational workings of the site as well.
The Ideal Candidate:
Will ideally have a background working within fresh produce, but if you have experience of managing a wholesale depot or something similar, then this could be considered. You will be a strong leader and not be phased by managing some strong individuals. Experience of developing sales and efficiencies is always going to be welcome.
