Territory Sales Manager – Premium Giftware
£28-32,000 Basic, £40,000 OTE, Company Car + Benefits
Our Client supply a range of innovative, design led premium gift and homeware products.
A vacancy exists for a Territory Sales Manager to manage a portfolio of specialist retail accounts across a South East territory.
They are looking for an experienced sales person with experience of selling into either independent gift shops, or garden centres or department stores or cook shops. The accounts on patch are mostly independent / single site outlets.
Candidates should have had exposure to at least one of the above channels ( gift shops, or garden centres or department stores or cook shops ).
Candidates need to be from either ( ideally ) Christmas, Homewares, Housewares, Household textiles , or Gifts. Experience of a seasonal product would be a bit of a bonus but is not essential.
All the products are very design led, and all very pleasing to the eye. It would be a bonus if candidates can appreciate and understand design led products.
Candidates will need to do on average ten calls per week, and need to be able to set and manage their own journey plan and workload with a minimum of supervision.
Living location – starting at Tilbury ( at 3 o clock on the M25 ) go west to London city centre, then drop directly south all the way to the coast at Brighton. From Brighton follow the coast in an easterly direction to Dover and then north to Margate the continue to follow the coast ( west again ) all the way back to Tilbury.
Remuneration - £28k to £32k basic. OTE circa £40k ( inc the basic ) plus company car.
