Reporting to the Sales Director, the Senior National Account Manager will take full responsibility for the Tesco & Sainsbury's (JS). The selected applicant will be expected to hit the ground running and deliver results in a competitive category. The senior leadership team will be looking for a professional who can enrich their own knowledge, command a senior position and create different routes in order to get results.
You'll be able to demonstrate how you've taken account relationships to the next level and really opened them up, have examples of networking you've employed to do this and how you've helped other internal functions on this front too. You'll be someone who will also lead the agenda for the brands future bets so you'll have good vision and be able to identify opportunities. You'll be able to look beyond JBPs to really get under the skin of understanding aspects like what do you and the brand actually bring to the business, how important are you to the customer, what's your contribution and is it sustainable? You'll also be able to challenge the norm and push back, you'll be accountable, resilient, adaptable and good with numbers as well as able to prioritise. This is more than just revenue, volume and reporting, for the right person this is one of the best darn SNAM roles out there!
