Our client is a specialist in the premium ethnic foods sector, with their authentic and quality products respected by chefs and private consumers alike. They are recognised as one of Europe's largest specialist food companies, with their market leading brands having been a huge success in the UK market over the past few years.

Due to recent expansions, they have created a Senior Brand Manager position to manage their most respected brand, which makes up 40% of the company's gross margin and has an exceptionally high level of brand awareness at 90% within its sector, therefore making it one of the most important brands to the business. You will be accountable for developing the brand plans (annual and 3 year), media management (creation and deployment), ATL & BTL, NPD pipeline and launch (with some exciting new launches in the pipeline), as well as complete ownership for the marketing budget. You will also have 1 direct report in this role.

To be successful in this role you will have at least 4 years' experience from an FMCG related marketing role, ideally with a food background. Any experience within the ethnic foods sector would be highly beneficial, but not essential. You must have experience of developing brand plans from start to finish and be able to work on both strategic natured as well as hands-on projects. You will have experience of NPD and product development from creation through to launch. In addition, you will be a creative and engaging person who is a real team player and isn't afraid to contribute your own ideas to the team.
