The Role: The new Business Development Manager will be selling into end user customers in industries as diverse as car dealers, transportation and civil engineering firms. This role is a good mix of account management and business development and will see you talking to procurement, health & safety manager and airport staff. Full product training is on offer to the new business development manager here along with excellent support from the Sales Director.

The Company: With three decades of experience and a £10 million sales turnover, our client is a family run manufacturer experiencing some excellent organic growth. They sell a range of quality workwear and PPE and are now looking to recruit a new Business Development Manager in t he Midlands.

For this Business Development Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Field sales experience
  • You will be a consultative account manager who can follow the whole sales process
  • Superb relationship building skills are essential
  • You must be confident about speaking to groups of people
