As Brand Manager at this business, you'll have real empowerment and autonomy which is rare in the market, with direct exposure to senior stakeholders within the business.

You'll be working with the Marketing Manager to implement the NPD, Product Launch & Brand Management strategy into the UK & Ireland, working closely with the global teams but also coming up with your own in-market ideas. Working with smaller budgets, you know the value of every penny and you're able to think outside the box.

• You have an "ownership" mentality and you're happy to manage your own entity.
• Have strong digital marketing experience, across advertising & social media.
• You are commercially minded; YOU KNOW YOUR NUMBERS and everything that impacts them.
• Used to working closely with agencies getting the best out of the commercial relationships.
• Ability to work in a small team and inspire those around you.
• Confident to present to key stake-holders.
• Can work at pace, take ownership and generally get things done!
• Passionate for yourself, your career and the success of those around you.
