As the National Account Executive you will be responsible for the independent sector and high street retailers. The purpose of the NAE is driving profitable growth in line with company objectives. You will liaise with the wider team including National Accounts Team, logistics, finance & brand and marketing teams. You will be given the freedom to create your own mark within the sector and define ways of working.

Description



The National Account Executive will be responsible for:
  • Being the primary point of contact for the independent sector and smaller national accounts in London
  • Managing existing retail presence, and work with the Senior National Account Manager to increase listings on new brands
  • Providing weekly communicating with National Agents, ensuring that they receive updated price lists and answering queries regarding stock
  • Working with marketing and brand teams to ensure that the agents receive decks/sales materials along with samples for new products
  • Processing orders for independent accounts, through to shipment (keying orders into system, allocating stock, exporting to warehouse)
  • Processing new set up requests from Independent customers
  • Working with Procurement and Sales team members to ensure that volumes are placed for independent accounts






Profile



The successful National Account Executive will:
  • Have 1-2 years of experience in a sales support role
  • Possess strong customer relationship and communication skills
  • Be commercially and financially astute
  • Have experience of managing projects across multiple departmental functions
  • Have excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail administratively
  • Be able to prioritise tasks






Job Offer

£35,000 Basic Salary + Package
