Internal Account Manager Healthy Snacks Export
Based Near Maidenhead
Salary: To £30,000 + Bonus up to 20% based Maidenhead
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fun, dynamic business who are growing at a rapid rate, they are looking for a new team member to join their Customer Account team primarily within Export.
Your role will be varied and will include speaking to customers to uncover new opportunities and to build relationships with them to promote our growing range of products.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing a portfolio of accounts primarily within Export.
- Maintain a program of structured outbound sales activities to create opportunities and business meetings.
- Work closely with Commercial team to execute campaigns / develop existing accounts
- Work closely with Marketing and Business Management to deliver effective demand creation and awareness campaigns into selected markets.
- Be the focal person for following up all inbound and marketing enquiries within the region. Examples are; Website hits, marketing events, contacts through social media, phone calls.
Ideal Candidates will be:
- Results driven. Proven experience within a customer service / account manager type position.
- Track record in up and cross selling lead creation initiatives
- A desire to develop a career in FMCG / Sales / Customer Service
- Wants autonomy and ambitious to develop career in a fast moving environment
- Experience within Export an advantage
