Nigel Wright are delighted to partner with an established FMCG food business who is a well reputed household name. The client is looking to recruit an exciting, passionate and dynamic Business Development Manager to join their UK team.

Key accountabilities

• Full P&L ownership and improvement with named customers
• Jointly delivering the total budgeted Net Sales Value and GM3 for 2017/18 financial year
• Jointly responsible with Marketing and Finance for the creation and delivery of the category strategies.
• Ensuring the core range is listed with named customers.
• Securing NPD listing, agreeing the launch & support plan

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• A level calibre, preferably with a University business related degree
• Proven track record of success within Sales
• Minimum of 5 years FMCG Account Management experience
• Strong understanding of P&L
• Lively, energetic, “How can we…” attitude
• Resilient and tenacious
