Sales Director

This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic Sales Director, to join a highly innovate and passionate apparel accessories and security solutions business. You will be given genuine commercial license to make your mark in this role.

THE ROLE: As Sales Director, you will be required to directly drive sales, close new business opportunities and lead, motivate and mentor a team of internal sales executives. This role will offer real autonomy and the ability to make your own strategic, commercial and operational decisions. Leading from the from, you will be equally as comfortable in front of clients as you will be with the team.

THE PERSON: Due to the significance of this role, our client is looking to recruit a highly capable people manager with excellent commercial acumen. You will have an engaging style and be comfortable mentoring a team with a real mix of experience, personalities and strengths. Knowledge of the apparel sector would be advantageous.

They have an exciting range of new products in the pipeline and expect product diversification to help drive the business to the next level. THE PACKAGE FOR SALES DIRECTOR:

• Basic: £55,000 - £65,000
• Bonus: £25,000 - £40,000
• Car: Allowance
• Benefits: Laptop, Mobile, Pension, Healthcare

LOCATION: The position for Sales Director covers: National: Bristol, Bath, Cardiff, Swindon, Cheltenham, Gloucester
