The Role: Representing an American market leader, the new Regional Sales Manager will be purely responsible for managing a team. You will have 6 reports, 4 territory managers & 2 key accounts who collectively manage £8M worth of business across the South of England. Tasked with increasing your area but a minimum of 25%, you'll focus on brand strength. The team will sell to pharmacies & health food groups with 1-60 sites, dealing with store managements and buyers. You will be based in the field, in the office and at home.

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Must have managed an FMCG sales team
  • Premium product account management
  • Inspirational, energetic & health focused


Benefits:
  • Up to £52,000 basic salary depending on experience, plus 15% OTE
  • Car allowance £6,500, expenses, mobile, laptop and pension
