Currently working with a blue-chip FMCG food business. With a portfolio of brands appealing to a wide range of consumers, my client has built up a reputation for producing some of the world's most recognisable brands. With over 30 years experience in the industry, it's no surprise leading UK retailers have used them to create a fantastic range of own label products. With multiple sites across the UK as well as Europe the company is continuously expanding their operation.
Due to this growth, they are now seeking a Senior Brand Manager for their leading brand. Reporting in to the Marketing Manager with a team of 4 assistants, this role will see the successful candidate taking ownership of the brands positioning. This will include, performance analysis, communication and promotional strategies and NPD pipeline management. Along with this, the role will also design and implement the quarterly promotional activity. Through performance analysis and brand positioning, the role will also create and monitor new KPI's.
The successful candidate will come from an FMCG food background with experience in brand strategy, communication, research and brand planning. In addition, it is essential to have creative approach to promotional activity and brand communications.
