A global FMCG business who are number one in their category. Business growth has been exponential over the past few years, and culture is incredibly people-focused. Due to category growth our client is looking for the next Brand Manager to develop & launch a pipeline of innovation to help build the new brands.
You will be responsible for all marketing activities for the new brands within the UK across all the channels. Reporting directly into the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for contributing to the overall marketing strategy, refining the portfolio strategy and coordinating the development & execution of all annual brand plans.
Ideally you will have in 4-5 years' experience in brand management within the FMCG space and have a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes easily. You should have the ability to lead, engage & inspire people and drive results. Career progression within this business is astronomical if you're ready to roll your sleeves up, so being career-driven is definitely a good trait to have!
