The Company:

A well known and well respected market leader in the DIY sector who specialise in flooring, tiles, safety and tooling products. They have a variety of categories and unique technologies which have made them a familiar name in the sector and they are expanding their team.

Job Description:

As National Account Manager you will be responsible for the Wickes account primarily worth several million and you may also be responsible for B&Q. You will manage the long standing relationship with Wickes attending regular visits and be heavily involved in product launches, range reviews etc. You will have P&L responsibility and as well as managing the existing relationship with Wickes you will also look at other areas of expansion such as grocery and discounters.

The Person:

As National Account Manager you will have experience managing Wickes turning over several million, an in depth understanding of them as a national account is crucial to this role. Experience of B&Q would also be highly desirable. You will be able to demonstrate experience of managing an account base in a national role and knowledge of the DIY sector is highly advantageous.

The Benefits:

Package £45,000 - £55,000 + bonus + car + benefits
