Brand Manager/Senior Brand Manager - 6-12 month contract

A growing and innovative global FMCG food business is looking for a Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager to join their talented team. The role would initially be a 6-12 month contract, but there is the opportunity for it to go permanent upon successful completion of the contract. The business has the potential to be a market leader and has ambitious expansion plans over the coming years to become a market leader across their UK and European territories.

They are now looking for an experienced Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager to come on board. In this 360 marketing role you will be helping to plan and execute the marketing strategy, all marketing communications (both ATL & BTL), as well as a growing focus on the NPD side of things as they have plans in the pipeline for some really exciting product launches over the coming 12 months, which you would be heavily involved with end to end. You will also be line managing and mentoring their existing Junior Brand Manager. Being a smaller business you will receive fantastic exposure and there is the opportunity to progress up through the company permanently upon successful completion of the contract.

To be successful in this role you will have at least 4 years' experience in marketing and have already been working as a Brand Manager. You will have experience working for an SME food company, ideally within the ethnic foods sector, although this is not essential. With a fast paced working environment you will need to be efficient and practical in your approach to work.
