Supply Chain and Operations Variance Manager | Fresh Produce

This is a Variance Manager opportunity within a successful and well respected FMCG fresh produce business. The business is committed to supplying an excellent standard of fruit to the UK retail and wholesale sectors.

You will part of and supported by the Supply Chain and Operations team to manage the variance against standard cost analysis. You will then target performance improvement through variance analysis and modelling to ultimately inform the Supply Chain and Operations Team's decision making with robust information.

This is a superb and unique opportunity for someone with cost allocation and analysis knowledge within a manufacturing (FMCG and fresh produce) environment who wants to work hard, develop their career with a growing business.

You will be a detail orientated and proactive individual with excellent attention to detail. You will also have a proven ability to model manufacturing scenarios within Excel and have demonstrated strong data analysis and presentation skills.

An understanding of manufacturing processes within FMCG and ideally fresh produce/logistics. It is also critical you have a proven ability to interrogate ERP systems ideally PR3.
