The company

A fantastic and rare opportunity to join an award winning FMCG service provider that has experienced tremendous growth over the last 3 years. Our client, formed in 2005, provides visual analytics to hundreds of FMCG organisations, largely in the grocery retail supply chain. In 2015 our client released SKUtrak®, a comprehensive sales and supply chain analytics service for all suppliers to the "big four" UK supermarkets. SKUtrak® is now the UK's leading flow of goods tracker for FMCG suppliers, used by over 400 businesses.


The role
This is a pivotal role within our client’s business, reporting to the Sales Director, and a unique opportunity to help shape the future of this business and support the continued year on year growth. You will be selling SKUtrak® to FMCG suppliers across the UK establishing key strategic relationships with commercial and IT executives as a trusted advisor. Responsibilities will include securing profitable new business, demonstrating the product, negotiating contracts and continuing to define new and current customer account relationships.

 
About you

Currently working in a business development, regional account, field sales or supply chain role with a respected FMCG business or service provider, you have experience of interacting with or managing top 4 accounts and an appreciation of the retailer EPoS data made available to suppliers. Experience outside FMCG will be considered if you possess the required skills to excel in this role.

You have a passion for insights, the fast pace of retail and have a proven track record of winning business, building strategic customer relationships and negotiation skills and are now looking for a new challenge where your results will be both recognised and rewarded.
