eCommerce Capability Manager
This is a newly created opportunity to work for a global FMCG business as part of a global investment in eCommerce growth. As one of the fastest growing commercial units in the company, this role requires someone with strong experience and understanding of the current eCommerce landscape, as well as opportunities and threats. You will be a strong communicator and strategic thinker with the ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders at a senior level.
This role is accountable for –
- Developing best-in-class eCommerce strategy, advising on how this can be scaled both locally and globally
- Identifying opportunities for brands across multiple online retail customers and communicating this effectively to cross-functional teams
- Developing and managing toolkits to encourage best practise and consistency across regional markets
Ideally you will have a background in either a commercial eCommerce role for a FMCG manufacturer (ie sales, marketing, shopper, commercial strategy/MS&P) or from an online retail background. Understanding of P&L is essential and of the end-to-end eCommerce lifecycle.
