They are now looking for a Technical Innovation Project Manager to manage the prioritization and initiation of new innovation projects entering pipeline and appropriately track, monitor and report back.
The role:
- Work closely with Category Development and New Product Development teams to translate Commercial priorities into NPD innovation plans
- Maintain a complete overview of live innovation projects including project status, overview, current milestone, aligned delivery date and risk mitigation plan
- Support development of new innovation processes within the business, such as stage gate processes
- If projects are off track, help drive for solutions and facilitate problem solving alongside key functions
The successful candidate:
- Solid experience as a project manager
- Good understanding of NPD
- Ideally Food and/or Beverage background
- Consumer product experience.
- EMEA experience.
- Solid Written & Verbal Communication skills.
