Over the last few years the brand has gone global and is now the world leader in natural beauty products, with award winning formulas sold into 27,000 stores worldwide. An excellent opportunity has arisen for a National Account Executive to support the Head of sales to support and develop the performance across the

European Business with both key internal and external support functions. The role also offers the opportunity to manage a small portfolio of online retailers and develop white space opportunities to unlock, develop and grow new business in clearly identified strategic markets.

 

  • Supporting the Head of Sales, you will own the online retailer forecast for your accounts, working collaboratively with Supply to ensure availability
  • Running the promotional calendar and ensuring all promotional nominations are supplied to all retailers
  • Ensuring wins at the point of purchase with each customer through best in class point of sales and in store stand out
  • Enriching and improving the total UK business
  • You will help build the Grocery format strategy, then develop relationships with your focus Grocers, Sell-In and deliver a brilliant category driving JBP (Including: Share of Shelf/Visibility at POS/Distribution across range/retail Pricing/Promotions/Investment Levels).

 

 

About you….

 

  • You’ve delivered in a fast growing, branded FMGC company for at least 1 year, ideally within the grocery channel
  • You have brilliant interpersonal and influencing skills and understand the reason why networking with both junior and senior level contacts (internal and external)
  • You enjoy being stretched and would welcome the opportunity to wear many hats in a fast-growing business.
  • Have a passion for working within a small, fast paced and entrepreneurial environment where no task is too small (you shouldn’t be afraid to get your hands dirty).
