The company recruiting the Marketing Manager:

This is an exciting luxury brand with the backing of a large international PLC who have experienced massive growth and continue to grow further with an ambitious 3/ 5 years growth plan. This manufacturer, supplier and distributor have acquired several acquisitions opening an opportunity for a driven and talented Marketing Manager to build and grow one of the brands.

The role for Marketing Manager:

This is a new role where you will drive the setting up of a marketing function and develop strategy for both branded and non- branded medium to high end products. This is an ideal role for a driven Marketing Manager who has previous experience of developing customer positioning, long and short-term marketing strategy, establishing a brand whilst building a marketing team from the ground up including negotiating with suppliers (marketing agencies, print etc).

The requirements for Marketing Manager:

The company are looking for an individual who has the drive to establish a mid to high end brand, getting under the skin of the customer to create short and long-term marketing strategy into a retail environment. You will have the ability to work autonomously building strong relationships with both product team, customers and suppliers.
