Signature Career Management are partnered with an FMCG food manufacturer that are heavily investing to fulfil a challenging growth plan. They require a Commercial Manager that is good with numbers but also has a creative side to diversify the product portfolio within Grocery Retail. Private label specialists, they are market leaders in their field, with a dynamic and people led environment and a hunger and desire to push the company forward.

Responsibilities of the Commercial Manager include:
- P&L management driving sales and profitability with Top 4 Grocery retail and a wider retail portfolio
- JBP development
- Building and maintaining strong relationships developing longer term partnerships – being an ambassador for the business and the main point of contact
- New business development and diversification within product range
- Forecasting and analysis, ensuring ROS
- Drive creation and implementation of marketing leading NPD and innovation
Applicants will need the following:
- Experience of private label within Grocery MULTs or discounters
- Short shelf life experience
- Values led with a one team approach
- Experience of working closely with NPD and technical to ensure a world class service
- Proven ability to build long term relationships and sustainable partnerships
- Collaborative in nature, team spirited – high energy and positive!
