As Shopper Marketing Manager you will work closely with marketing and category teams to deliver a robust shopper marketing strategy, developing the consumer and shopper trade story with the UK grocery trade. You will be tasked with bringing together trade marketing and retail activation, managing all aspects of trade communications and leading the relationship with agencies to ensure maximum ROI. You will be tasked with executing NPD, promotions and display units, in store and to a defined customer base. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating display units and the delivery of the promotional calendar. You will help to build intelligence around consumer and shopper insights and market trends to shape future channel growth opportunities. You will help to amplify new product launches with best in class through the line execution.

The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre with Shopper / Trade / Customer Marketing experience gained in a consumer goods or agency setting. You will have solid insight skills with the ability to turn insight into actionable trade strategies and plans. An excellent working knowledge of the UK grocery trade is as essential as your ability to develop effective relationships.
