Candidate Location - Oxfordshire, Berkshire or Buckinghamshire



The Role: Home based Key Account Manager role, selling psychometric testing & training through HR and training managers to public and private sector businesses. One day per week will be spent in the Oxford based office.

The successful candidate will spend the majority of their time managing a database of existing accounts across the UK and Europe. Also tasked with closing incoming business from warm leads, you will be responsible for £15.8M worth of business, targeted on area growth.

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Must have B2B sales experience
  • International experience is preferred
  • Tenacious, consultative & driven
  • Full UK Driving License
