Recruitment Consultant - Estate Agent Background

Recruitment is a complex sales role, you will be responsible for developing business as well as sourcing potential candidates and managing the offer process.

Day to day you'll be identifying and developing new business relationships, consulting clients on recruitment process and responding to needs. You'll source and attract passive/active candidates within your sector managing the recruitment process from interview to offer and beyond.

Whilst the process from securing business to placing a candidate can follow a similar structure every day is different - In recruitment there are so many variables that two process are rarely the same and you could be having to think on your feet and strategise all at the same time !

Profile

We are looking for the best talent within the Estate Agency market place to join our teams in Reading as a Recruitment Consultant.

A good Estate Agent is confident in picking up the phone, can demonstrate great listening and negotiation skills and knows how to build relationships and trust - all of these skills mean they can hit the ground running in recruitment and gain the financial rewards and long-term career aspirations can be reached in recruitment consultancy.
