THE ROLE: As a Business Manager, 50% of your time will be spent identifying and closing new business opportunities. The remaining 50%, will be spent managing and developing existing clients. Your customer base will include; schools, universities, hotels and hospitals. You will be given genuine autonomy for developing your territory and will be given all the support you need to be successful.

THE PERSON: Although our client is ideally looking for a high performing sales professional with experience in the foodservice sector, they will also consider strong business to business sales people from related industries. Dealing with General Managers, Catering Managers and Chefs, you will need to have an adaptable personality and strong closing skills. You will also need to show knowledge of how to sell into multi-site operations.
