As the successful National Account Manager you will have overall responsibility for the business growth within your portfolio of accounts. You will be accountable for building exceptional joint business plans with your salon partners, with the objective of growing their business whilst leveraging the portfolio of brands available. You will get the autonomy to work cross functionally to maximise the commercial value of your customer. As part of this role you will also manage a direct report within your team.
The ideal fit
- You have at least 5 years selling experience through progressive direct selling environment position(s) – Account Manager, Key Account Manager / National Account Executive or equivalent
- Have a strong understanding of P&L
- A successful track record of building successful JBP’s with high profile Key Accounts / National Accounts (e.g. large groups of independents)
- You have a Bachelor/Master degree from a top UK or European university/business school
** This a MAT cover for 12 months, however there is the potential of being opportunities after the successful contract has been completed.
