National Account Manager – Foodservice End User
Up to £44,00 + Car + Bonus + benefits
As part of a wider group, my client boast a fantastic portfolio of high quality, ambient food products, operating across both brand and private label. Their current turnover stands in excess of £180M, and they are enjoying year on year growth of around 5%. The business serve all channels, including retail, foodservice and wholesale, and their brands can be find in many households across the globe. With a huge focus on NPD moving forward, the business is at the start of a very exciting journey with lots of investment, scope and opportunity to progress and develop.
Reporting into the Business Unit Controller, you will be responsible for the End User channel. The business currently have strong market share in this area, however there is a sizeable amount of target businesses that they do not currently trade with, meaning there is a lot of opportunity to really make your mark in the business. With a premium product offering and around 5 new product launches a year, there is a good story to sell and lots of support behind you.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, it is essential you have the following skills:
- Proven track record working with End User customers and strong relationships within this channel
- FMCG background, preferably food
- Entrepreneurial mind set
- Desire to work in a business long term and progress through the ranks
- Ability to win new business and grow existing accounts
- Passion for food
- Ability to work cross functionally
