This forward thinking commercial organisation is looking to add a strategic Sales Manager to their sales function. Upon joining you will receive a warm induction and excellent product training.

THE ROLE: As Sales Manager, you will be tasked with managing a team of 3 sales executives. Leading from the front, you and the team will spend 60% of your time managing existing accounts and 40% on new business. Targeting both SME's and corporate clients, your potential target list is almost endless. In the role, you will enjoy the freedom and autonomy to genuinely grow and develop your team.

THE PERSON: This is a tough and demanding sales role, which requires real resilience, strong sales skills and the ability to close a range of different decision makers. What you have sold previously isn't important. You will be an excellent coach and have the ability to motivate and inspire people.
