Having recently acquired a number of widely distributed brands, this SME has huge growth aspirations. Operating within the personal care sector, they work across a range of products on the high street, grocers and internationally. This office centric business house a close nit team who focus on marketing and exclusive relationships with some of the UK’s biggest retailers.

Due to expansion, they are now looking to recruit a highly commercial professional to grow existing accounts and source new business for two well respected brands. It will be their role to negotiate JBPs and build strong profitable relationships with a number of key buyers. They will work cross functionally across the business to put together a growth strategy and influence the marketing plan. This is a highly influential position that will report into the Commercial Director with the view to build a team in the future.

The successful candidate will have experience negotiating JBPs and growing accounts with Boots and the Grocery channel. Although a background within the personal care sector is not essential, a passion or knowledge of the market is advised. Due to the size of the team, the position is open to people with a ‘can-do’ attitude who are happy to step outside their day-to-day role and are both commercial and brand orientated.
