Brand Manager - Food brand

The business has seen tremendous investment in TV advertising and recruiting the very best talent in the market that has driven the growth agenda and delivered results over recent years. The culture is one of great enthusiasm across the business where all functions are geared towards achieving results whilst enjoying doing what they do.
This is a pivotal role where you will lead the strategy for one of their high-profile brands where you will define and communicate the brand vision. You will have full accountability for managing and reporting brand budget within agreed KPI targets and executing commercial NPD pipeline to grow and defend sales. Working closely together with other internal business units, you will also lead and manage the business partnerships with external agencies and other stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have the following criteria:-
- Significant brand marketing experience within an FMCG organisation
- Must be passionate about marketing and have a love for food
- Have experience of brand planning and devising strategy with a commercial edge
- High influencer with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Graduate calibre
