Reporting to the Senior National Account Manager the National Account Manager will be responsible for the baby category within the Amazon channel.

The National Account Manager - Online will:

  • Manage and achieve sales growth targets across defined ranges on an online platform
  • Manage and launch all NPD in line with business strategy
  • Create strategic plans to develop the channel and drive sales online
  • Work alongside global amazon teams to further online presence
  • Design and implement account development plans and promotional programs
  • Effectively manage day to day operation and planning of the account to achieve sales targets
  • Negotiate range pricing and promotional deals
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity
  • Be responsible for key performance indicators
  • Be responsible for cost control measures and the in going identification of NPD and promotional activities
  • Ensure full catalogue listings
  • Carry out general admin as and when required


The successful candidate will:

  • Possess an understanding of E-commerce platforms
  • Have exposure to National Accounts
  • Currently possess P&L responsibility
  • Be results orientated
  • Be of degree calibre or equivalent
  • Possess strong commercial and analytical ability
  • Be a strong negotiator and communicator
  • Be commutable to the office in the South East
