Job Description/Person Specification
Job Title: Corporate Sales Manager
Location: London (with some occasional UK travel)
Reports to: CITF CEO
The Team:
We’re a small team of hard-working and conscientious individuals. We are all highly motivated and work together to support each other to ensure we continue to provide high quality service to our corporate members. Due to the nature of the team, you will be given a lot of responsibility from day one, but we’ll be there to help guide you when needed!
You:
You will have experience in a structured consultative sales and CRM and have experience of building relationships with the C suite. You will be a positive and enthusiastic person with a strong work ethic and sales history. We’re looking for an ambitious candidate who will quickly make a commercial impact and move into a leadership role. You will have:
- 3-5 years’ experience in selling
- Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding financial targets
- Confidence and drive to negotiate, close sales and source new business
- Consultative approach
- A proactive approach in identifying and creating innovative sales solutions
- Ability to research
- Excellent organisational skills
- Professionalism and confidence when communicating with external parties and the team
- Ability to use your own initiative and share ideas
- A university degree
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
The Role:
The role will quickly grow and develop, as will your knowledge of our offerings, but as a guide here is what you can expect:
- Prospecting, targeting, nurturing and closing new clients
- Building on existing client relationships and strengthen new ones
- Identifying types of exposure, service and opportunities that would benefit clients
- Develop and grow our brand
