If you visit the prestige stores in London’s West End around Christmas–time you’ll see a lot of our silver label. In fact our brand is well known across Europe for upmarket seasonal decorations and home interior products.
We’re a 60-strong company with elegant showrooms in central London. What distinguishes us is that our product ranges are mainly of our own design (the Managing Director is herself in charge of design).
Now we’re looking for an experienced salesperson for our South London/South East England territory, working from a home-base in the territory.
Ideal candidates should be personable, articulate, self-starting and will have:
· Proven track record in developing new business
· Excellent account management skills
· Several years’ experience face to face selling, on the road and at trade fairs, preferably gained in the upscale gift or homewares sector
· Some understanding of merchandising and display
· A creative turn of mind!
In return the successful candidate will inherit a loyal patch that comprises several hundred upscale, mainly independent accounts, across a great variety of categories: gift shops, garden centres, cook shops, farm shops, interior design shops, florists, display contractors, event specialists, hotels and many more. The territory provides excellent opportunities for growth and new business, so the successful candidate will really be able to make their mark!
