Senior National Account Manager – Premium Food Brand - Grocery
We are currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity with one of the UK’s best-loved, premium brands in the food industry. The brand is now number 1 in the category and has established itself as a major player both in the UK and internationally. Our client are now part of one of the UK’s leading, privately owned food businesses with very strong history and heritage. They are investing heavily in the future and currently enjoying year on year growth as a business.
The business is growing rapidly but has managed to retain its core values and entrepreneurial spirit. As a UK manufacturer, it remains at the forefront of innovation and is clearly ahead of the competition. Due to this growth brings the need for more great people across commercial functions. An opportunity has arisen for a Senior National Account Manager to join the business. The role offers the opportunity to work on a top 5 grocery account with full P&L responsibility, this customer is integral to the business. You will work cross functionally with all other areas of the business including category, marketing and logistics as part of your role. This person must be commercially aware, highly analytical and have excellent communication skills. You must enjoy working in a fast-paced, creative environment as part of a close-knit team striving to be successful.
This opportunity would suit grocery National Account Manager’s looking to progress their career to the next level. Alternatively, you may be a Senior National Account Manager looking for an opportunity to join a market leading, premium branded food business. Ideally you will have worked in a branded product category in an FMCG category. You must have experience of managing a major grocery account in order to be consider. Candidates that have worked for a grocery retailer and are looking to move into a supplier/manufacturing environment in account management will be considered. This person must have energy, resilience and the ability to create and communicate a vision of success.
