Job Details
Working with recognisable brands the role requires you to manage an impressive account base of independent accounts, with the largest independent account being based within the territory.
Client Details

Description
You will be responsible for delivering sales targets within the territory throughout the independent channel. You will maintain and grow existing business and identify new opportunities. You will be required to;
- Monitor and review sales performance to ensure on target performance, identifying and implementing recovery plans where required
- Maximise profit, distribution and market share within the independent channel
- Develop plans to grow the business
- Identify and implement linked sales opportunities with clients
- Influence trading relationships across an account portfolio of 80 accounts
- Attend trade shows and retail days
Profile
The successful candidate will;
- Be Driven and ambitious
- Be a strong relationship builder
- Be able to demonstrate working within a sales driven environment
- Have experience in working within field sales
- Be accountable
- Be a strong communicator, managing key accounts
- Be analytical
- Ideally have previous experience working with independents or garden centres
- Have a passion for gardening
