About the Role:
This role will focus on the food and gifting side of the business and will involve you driving commercial results through their online channel. You will utilise your experience in online merchandising, conversion tools etc to deliver an operating sales plan. Your experience in the management of selling hierarchy / taxonomy / facet requirements, considering SEO etc will allow you to identify areas of improvement. You will work closely with the buying and online commercial teams to implement changes to drive sales. The customers will be at the heart of every decision you make and you will ensure their experience of the online platform is nothing short of spectacular.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of driving commercial results through online retailing and merchandising. You will have a thorough understanding of online merchandising, click through rates, range and promotion display etc. You will be comfortable presenting analytical findings to internal and external stakeholders to help drive range performance and innovation. Working closely with NPD and buying teams to ensure the continued commercial success of the product range.
To be considered for this role you must have experience in driving commercial results through an e-commerce platform. You will be highly analytical and a team player. Existing experience as an online merchandiser would be extremely beneficial.
