This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join an expanding business based in Watford , Hertfordshire. You'll be working as a Sales Support Specialist and part of a very successful team.

As a Customer Partnership Executive/ Sales Support, you will be responsible for working closely with our customers, planning and co-ordinating the supply of products from our Distribution Centre to our customer's stores and warehouses throughout the UK.



This position is fundamental to the business and requires a highly meticulous, organised individual to provide a Gold Standard customer experience, and work closely with both the Customer Development, supply chain team, DC and our customers.



Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will be an ambassador for the brand and will be providing a quality focused customer service, ensuring the best possible customer care to national, multinational and independent retailers.











Description



  • Main contact and liaison with key UK accounts in a B2B role, by phone and email with a proactive approach.
  • Support both the Customer Development team and customers from order placement through to delivery.
  • Managing a wide range of issues and ensuring the efficient and effective resolution of them with a proactive approach.
  • Ensure all customer queries as well as claims are investigated and resolved, escalating issues if appropriate.
  • Delivering the highest quality customer care and contributing to customer satisfaction.
  • Supporting the team in achieving the brands Customer Services objectives.
  • Manage order books for the accounts you are responsible for, ensuring on time delivery, accurate data information and minimal back orders.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with customers, distribution centre and supply chain team.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve individual, team and departmental objectives, sharing knowledge and skills as appropriate.
  • Provide flexible support for team members, and foster a positive and a motivating environment.
  • Demonstrate a positive and flexible approach to changing business priorities.

  • Strong customer service experience
  • computer literate, experience working in SAP, Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and numeracy skills
  • pro active , open minded and flexible
  • a real team player who enjoys working in a small team environment
  • able to challenge and support the commercial and DC teams


Job Offer

£23,000 - £25,000 Basic Salary
