Job description:
F. Ball and Co. Ltd. is the UK’s leading manufacturer of subfloor preparation products and flooring adhesives for the contract flooring industry.
We have a unique and exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to head up a vibrant team of marketing professionals.
Reporting to the Sales Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of an effective marketing programme, within the flooring and building sectors, and for maintaining, supporting and developing the company’s brands within these key markets.
You will show the ability to identify and capitalise on opportunities for new business growth within existing and new markets and should be able demonstrate experience of managing agencies and delivering multi-channel, integrated marketing campaigns. A proven track record of marketing through a wholesale and distribution network is also desired.
A highly motivated self-starter, you will possess strong leadership qualities. You should also demonstrate the ability to think strategically supported by excellent communication, social and personal skills.
The successful applicant will receive a competitive salary/package commensurate with experience.
