Job Description:

This is an exciting new position for someone who would like to work for a unique business in Norfolk & Suffolk helping us to further develop our client base across the region. We are supported by our national brand which has experienced significant growth over the last 10 years.  The role will suit someone who is passionate about developing business from leads and existing contacts.  Once you have established the initial business, you will work with the team to further develop it to build long term client relationships.

Utilising our unique customer insight programmes, you will need to be a great communicator and enjoy the challenge of working across a variety of sectors. 

Some key areas of accountability:

● Developing a portfolio of clients, building positive relationships and ensuring consistently great levels of customer service

● Understanding margins, job profitability and long term client value

● Managing internal processes to ensure efficient service delivery & accuracy

● Reporting to support client and team requests, utilising company software and databases, Microsoft Office and related products

To succeed in this role, you will:

● Be highly organised with good time management skills able to prioritise and manage workflows in a logical manner

● Have confidence to work within professional business sectors

● Have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and inter-personnel skills including: reporting expertise, building customer rapport, operational and process skills

● Have the ability through previous experience to quickly grasp a clear understanding of a business need and tailor customer insight programmes accordingly

● Be ambitious for financial and personal success
