The Role
As the Trade Marketing Manager you will be have overall responsibility for the prestige brand portfolio. You will lead the go to market strategy to drive the sales and growth ambitions for both your customer and our clients business. As the Trade Marketing Manager you will lead and align with our clients Global business unit for pricing strategies and trade terms per brand. You will take the brand initiative from the marketing teams and turn their ideas into a building plan across your customers, playing on the 4Ps and preparing the pitch for the field sales teams that they will use with existing accounts to grow their business and account base.

To be successful in this role you must go the extra mile and collate customer and competitor insights to feedback to the business, so together we develop and strengthen plans to lead the way across multichannel execution.

The ideal fit
- Ideally you will have started in a graduate scheme in a recognised FMCG business and now have 2+ years of experience within Field Sales
- Have excellent analytical skills; comfortable with large volumes of complex information and able to convert into straight forward plans
- You have a Bachelor/Master degree from a top UK or European university/business school
