The role for Marketing CRM Manager:

Working in a small team you will have autonomy over your campaigns from concept to delivery of ROI. Managing the full marketing mix you will develop the customer journey, utilising the collation / segmentation of customer data via the CRM system to deliver innovative lead generation campaigns and report on results.

The company are looking for someone who can take the lead and responsibility for campaigns rather than just assisting, by getting under the skin of the customer journey with previous experience in data analytics and campaign creation.
